Who We Are
New Dawn Housing is a South Australian registered Specialist Disability Accommodation(SDA) provider with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
We believe all Australians deserve to live in a warm, inviting and high quality home. Our passion is creating homes in desirable locations where Australians living with disability can thrive.
Through thoughtful design and attention to detail, our properties enhance the everyday quality of life of the residents.
SDA Homes
Specialist Disability Accommodation is purpose built, designed to improve accessibility, independence and safety for people with disability.
SDA Funding
SDA is a funding stream provided by the NDIS for people with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs.
To access SDA funding, participants must apply through the NDIS and provide supporting evidence of their eligibility. Only people with SDA funding are eligible to live in SDA homes.

New Dawn Housing provides high quality SDA Houses and Apartments across South Australia.
Each property is carefully designed and located in desirable suburbs, close to transport, shopping and essential services.
Designed for one to three occupants, our homes feature open floor plans, smart home technology and plenty of personal space. Every property can be easily modified to meet the unique needs of each resident.
